What’s Included?
Each membership provides access to fully coordinated, in-person medical visits at a pre-negotiated flat rate of $350 per visit — no surprise bills, ever.
An evaluation by a licensed, vetted, English-speaking physician
A standard visit at your hotel or rental home (where available).
Any treatment safely provided on-site without facility support.
Local coordination and support from your CareVoyage concierge
A written visit summary for your records
Global air medical transport from anywhere in the world

What’s Not Included
CareVoyage is not insurance. Your membership does not cover medical expenses beyond the included annual visit.
Hospital or Facility-Based Care
Visits through CareVoyage are flat-rate ($350); this does not cover hospital or facility fees
You are still able to secure a doctor's visit through CareVoyage after the first visit for a cost
Hospital or Facility-Based Care
Additional treatments at a hospital or medical facility
Diagnostics at a Clinic/Hospital
Additional diagnostics such as X-Rays, CT Scans and MRIs are not included
Medications & Pharmacy Costs
Doctor may prescribe medication but CareVoyage does not cover costs
Medical Transportation
Any required emergency transportation to a facility via ambulance is not covered by CareVoyage
Any Medical Expenses Beyond Standard Visit
Any medical expenses beyond the covered first visit, or air medical evacuation for Platinum members, is not covered by CareVoyage

All Other Medical Costs Are Paid Directly to the Provider
CareVoyage does not pay for or reimburse:

Insurance Considerations
The flat $350 visit rate is charged to your card on file. All other medical costs (tests, medications, etc.) are paid directly to the provider.
Some costs may be reimbursable through health or travel insurance.
CareVoyage is not involved in claims or payments.

Global Air Medical Transport
Platinum members receive full emergency medical evacuation at no additional cost if hospitalized and medically eligible for transfer. This benefit covers both international and domestic transport for incidents occurring more than 150 miles from home.
